- You have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or is awaiting their test results.
- You are displaying any symptoms.
If you already have an appointment scheduled with us and find yourself in any of these positions, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us instead. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform the full service. We will try to accommodate you the best we can but please understand that we need to run on time to avoid inconveniencing our other appointments. No-show appointments will not be booked in again without a 50% deposit being paid at the time of booking.
For all new clients to the salon, a $75.00 booking deposit is required to book and confirm appointments. Appointments cannot be booked or firmed without a deposit. This booking deposit will be taken off the total on the day of service. Please note this deposit is non-refundable in the event of changing, cancelling or a no-show with less than 24 hours notice.
All Keratin bookings for new and existing clients require a $100 deposit.
