Referrals
Your trust and recommendations mean a lot to us. For each new referral you send to Wink!, you will automatically receive 10% off your next service with us (excludes retail). In addition, the person you refer will receive 10% off their initial service with us.

Re-Do Appointments
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with the service you received, please call the salon asap to schedule your re-service (must be within 7 days of your original booking)

Children
We strive to provide a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests. Should it be necessary that you bring children to your appointment, please note that children under 12 must be attended to at all times.

Payment options
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, Afterpay. Sorry, no AMEX or cheques.

Mobile Phones
In order to provide a relaxing environment, we ask that you please use your phone discretely on the salon floor if required, but do not take it to the basin area.

Gift Certificates
You may purchase gift certificates in the salon for a $ value or a particular service

We proudly use and carry KEVIN MURPHY, KERASTASE, and REDKEN products.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice. We send appointment confirmations 48 hours in advance of your appointment to ensure you have enough time to move or cancel your appointment if required, These are sent via text, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
No shows and last minute cancellations hurt our business as, without providing us with enough notice, we are unable to offer your appointment to other guests on our waitlist (thereby losing a booking). If you are running late, please call us straight away to let us know and be prepared that we may not be able to perform the full service you were booked in for. We will try to accommodate you the best we can but please understand that we need to run on time to avoid inconveniencing our other appointments.
No-show appointments will not be booked in again without full prepayment of their service. This is non-refundable in the event of another no show or if you are running too late for us to perform your service.

Deposits for New Guests
Please note a booking deposit of $75 is required to secure your initial booking with us ($50 for blowdry or men’s cuts). This is a one time deposit only, required to secure your appointment. As above, this is non-refundable in the event of a no show or cancellation of your appointment within 24hrs of its scheduled time. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty outside the 24hrs prior to your appointment. The deposit will be taken off the service price on the day.

Keratin Deposits
Please note all Keratins require $100 deposit to secure the appointment. This is non-refundable in the event of a no show or cancellation of your appointment within 24hrs of its scheduled time. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty outside the 24hrs prior to your appointment. The deposit will be taken off the service price on the day. This is a 3-4 hr service, and last minute cancellations make it impossible for your stylist to refill their day.
